High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Boot Camps mix blasts of cardio or power strength with strength to maximize the benefits of your workout. You burn more fat and increase your strength and cardiovascular endurance in these circuit-styled boot camps. We focus on building muscle through strength training exercises using dumbbells, TRX, Barbells, and bodyweight.  We will increase your heart rate to reach your anaerobic threshold through stair climbs, muscle ropes, kettle bells, plyometrics, ball slams and more!

TRX Interval Boot Camps  Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  Similar to the HIIT Boot Camp classes, this class will mix blasts of cardio with strength with a large focus on TRX exercises.  
Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:15

Every workout is designed to hit all of the muscle groups while raising your heart rate.  

​

Exercisers of ALL levels work together in these timed intervals.  All classes can be modified for Low Impact Students.

MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE PER CLASS.
